What Tips Do You Have For Losing Weight Quickly Without Exercise?

I’m going to my friend’s wedding in a week, and I’m trying to slim down as much as possible before then. I’m going to meet many of my friends and acquaintances there, so I MUST look slim. I eat breakfast and lunch, and very little for dinner (or I skip dinner if I ate a lot during lunch). This way, I can keep the calories low without exercise.
Do you know of any other tricks for rapid weight loss? How well did it work for you?

Breakfast: *HAVE ABOUT 10 MINUTES AFTER YOU WAKE UP, BUT BEFORE YOU EAT HAVE A TALL GLASS OF COLD WATER*
1. 1 cup Special K cereal
2. 1 cup skim milk
3. 1 cup frozen or fresh berries
AM Snack: *HAVE THIS AROUND 3 HOURS AFTER EATING BREAKFAST*
1. Polly-o string cheese
2. 1 handful of walnuts
Lunch: *LUNCH SHOULD BE ENJOYED 2 1/2 HOURS AFTER YOUR AM SNACK*
1. Grilled Chicken Breast sandwich on WHEAT bread
2. 1 serving of green beans
3. 1 apple
PM Snack: *THIS SHOULD BE CONSUMED AROUND 3 1/2 HOURS AFTER EATING YOUR LUNCH*
1. 1 serving (small individual bag) of carrots…. no dip
Dinner: *EAT DINNER 3 HOURS AFTER YOUR PM SNACK AND AT LEAST 3 HOURS BEFORE GOING TO BED*
1. Baked tilapia with a small portion of whole wheat rigatoni
2. 1 serving of egg plant
3. 1 peach
Dessert: *REMEMBER, DESSERT SHOULD BE ENJOYED EVERY OTHER NIGHT AND SHOULD BE EATEN AT LEAST 2 HOURS BEFORE GOING TO BED*
1. 1 banana cut up with 1 tablespoon light hershey’s chocolate syrup drizzled over top of it
Throughout the day only drink water, and drink about 9 cups of it.
This, if followed exactly, could make you lose 3 pounds by your event. Good luck!
u shouldnt expect that much in a week
but what is accidently working for me is im only eating once a day because what i eat is like a meal and it fills me up relaly well i dont know why but i dotn get hungry forlike the rest of the day
iv been getting a kfc chiicken burger and fries and a drink
and then i dont get hungry
its odd
another thing is there is this website lose10pounds.org and it tells you how to lose 10 pounds in 3 days
but it didnt work for me
i only lost 3 pounds after like the first day but thts still better than nothing:)
you can also wear black, its so slimming ud actually be surprised:)
Tape your mouth shut. Have liposuction really fast. Bing, purge and start over. You must look slim? By whose standards? You’re you and they’re them. Be happy with yourself! Are you in the wedding or just attending? Body wraps are temporary. Steam and sauna. Chromium picolinate controls appetite, but a week isn’t enough time to “get slim.”
breakfast — 1 whole egg, 2 egg whites on whole wheat bread
snack– celery, as much as you want (burn calories eating it)
lunch — grilled chicken breast with lemon/oil dressed on top (interval)
dinner– grilled chicken breast chopped up in a salad dressed with balsamic viniger
There is no good way to lose weight without exercise and certainly not in a week. If weight loss before the wedding was that important you should have started working on it sooner. I’m sorry if this seems harsh but it is the truth.
The only way to lose weight without exercise is starvation, and that is -stupid-. Consume a limited amount of carbs (maybe 2400 per day) and walk two or three kilometers every day. A little walking won’t kill you.
dont be lazy…even 30 minutes of brisk walking a day is great for muscles..only muscles burn fat,nothing else…try eating 5 smaller meals through out the day…feed the muscle and burn the fat…
