What’s The Deal With Honey And Cinnamon For Weight Loss?

By Diet | Nov 22, 2009

I’ve heard using 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder, plus 1 teaspoon of honey mixed in 1 cup of boiling water will help with weight loss? Is this true or another one of those crazy gimmicks?

well, to clear things up, the mixture of honey and cinnamon in a boiling cup of water taken daily, does not allow fat to accumulate in the body, so, i would say, it most definitely helps with weight loss. This mixture is also incredible for dropping your cholesterol level tremendously. It also helps to breathe better, opens up the passageways of veins and arteries. If honey and paste are put into a paste, it can treat most skin diseases !

    Another crazy gimmick.
***Cider vinegar and honey does not speed up the metabolism, either.
If either of those things worked, it would be huge worldwide news. Everyone would be doing it.

I don’t know about honey and cinnamon, but I know people who have tried cider vinegar and honey. It’s supposed to help speed up the metabolism. She said it worked for her. It wouldn’t hurt to give it a try. At least they are two natural substances you are putting in your body.

It’s a crazy gimmick. Honey is all sugar, so drinking it will not help you lose weight
