– Eat breakfast! Eat a good breakfast in the morning, speeds up your metabolism (which helps you lose fat). The faster your metabolism, more calories than you burn.
– Exercise at least 30 minutes per day. It is important to combine nutrition and exercise to lose weight maximum.
– Drink plenty of water. Keep your body hydrated. You should drink at least 8-10glasses of water a day (I personally recommend more).
– When drawing, do not exaggerate the undertaker! Doing 1000 crunches will not cut the fat from your belly. Exercise helps you burn body fat as a whole.
