I think i eat about 1000-1500 calories a day and im trying to lose wieght so about how much exercise should i get a day?

    dont eat only 1000 calories but to lose 1 pond per week burn 500 more calories than you eat everyday

    I eat under a thousand (I’m 13) and the only exercise I ever do is walking to the bus stop, and once a week I do swimming training, and once a week I do fencing.
    You didn’t say how old you are. Make sure you don’t go under 1200 (hypocritical, I know) if you want to stay healthy, even if you are trying to lose weight (lose weight the healthy way).
    Half an hour of exercise is the recommended amount, so try that.
