GRADUALLY go back to eating the way you did before. Like if you have been eating 1500 calories a day on your diet now add in another 150 calories this week and then each week add on 100 until your back to the way you were before. Just don’t start eating a ton right away or you will gain the weight back. Also keep exercising. Congrats on your weight loss and best of luck!
follow “The Asian diet” by Bussell. It’s all about easy-to-digest foods to maintain a brisk metabolism. Have mostly cooked vegetables, a wide variety, a little bit of meat, simple grains (more rice, less bread and pasta), no artificial stuff nor sugar substitutes. If the ingredient was in your grandmother’s cabinet, it’s probably OK. If it was made in a lab, stay away from it.
Chew your food well, get a little exercise every day, and don’t hold on to stress.
Another good book to read about food is “In defense of food” by Michael Pollan
