    There are no programs that can focus on a particular area of fat. You have to reduce your overall fat content to get your abs to show – 5% or less is a good target.
    The body burns fat from all over when you do exercise – there is no way to tell your body to ‘just burn this fat’.

    ahh i had the same problem ;) … just go to ur gym do running, those things for ur chest dno wat they r called :P but yh their weights and if u keep doing this for a while u will lose the fat :d

    do a couple push ups daily (don’t have to do hundreds), and some leg lifts. i would say about twenty each. and run a little every or every other day.
