I constantly have cracking in my neck, back, and knees. Over the years it has gotten worse. I do not exercise enough, and I have heard that excessive exercise cures arthritis, is this true?

Yes! exercise is a big factor in relieving arthritis. exercising for 10 minutes a day is better than not exercising at all. You could do a variety of different exercises that are sure to help you out on the journey to becoming arthritis free. excersice can help but swimming is fantastic for arthristis because there is no strain on your joints and your excersing at the same time.
