Does Anyone Out There Has Some Advice On How To Kick Start A Weight Loss ?

I have trouble starting a weight loss i know i can keep it but i heard some people say that if you do a juice diet or an all meat diet for the first couple of days of your diet that it will kick start your weight loss .. is this true or does anyone else have a better idea or suggestion ?? THANKS!!!

No one particular food is going to burn fat and give you a six pack. Eat whole, naturally occuring foods. Nothing processed, packaged or anything with added sugar, salt, artificial sweetners or preservatives.
Live by this quote: “If you can’t hunt it, fish it, pick it from a tree, bush or the ground, DON’T eat it.”
You must excersie as well. I highly recomend Interval Training. It is very similar to circuit training. It combines cardio(for fat burning) and resistance training(for building lean muscle tissue) into one workout. These are very fast and effective workouts that don’t have you spending hours in the gym. Most of them you can do at home! No fancy equip-ment needed.
For example, pick 6 exercises. Complete each one for 30 seconds without rest in between. That equals 1 round. After each round rest 60-90 seconds then repeat whole circuit 3-5 more times. I like to do a bodyweight circuit(no added weights, just your bodyweight used as resistance) => squats, push-ups, planks, lunges, pull-ups & mountain climbers. Three rounds of those 6 exercises is an AWESOME workout and it only takes me 12 minutes!!!!

Something that I ended up doing last summer in order to lose weight was that I attended a great summer weight loss camp. It’s called Wellspring California, and it’s located in San Luis Obispo, CA. It is a summer camp designed to help campers loose weight and keep it off through a variety of excellent activities. It’s great because you get to participate in fun and adventurous indoor/outdoor activities and meet wonderful people, all while losing weight. Additionally the camp teaches you how to keep the weight off once you leave. It’s definitely something to look into.

i would suggest that you start with slowly reducing your fat intake and start increasing fibre foods intake, if you start with a weightloss program instantly, then you will only put your body in nutrition shock, which will signal to the body that you are no longer getting nutrition, and your body will start to store nutrition, whatever it gets, so you will fail in your weight loss program.

I’m 5’8 and at the time I was about 220 lbs.. and was trying real hard to lose weight for almost 8 months… i just had a baby girl at the time.. and during my pregnancy i gained a tonnnn of weight and much of it stuck with me after she was born, and the hubby began getting on my case and bothering me non stop about my new weight problem… so after a few months of that, it really started getting to me, plus summer was about to get here- and i love the beach! So i decided to try and do something about it…
ive since tried almost every diet system out there… the standard eat less-exercise more change lifestyle diet, south beach, atkins, slimfast, weight watchers, etc… I also tried taking many different weight loss supplements.. and overall nothing has really worked well for me…. Stop eating just when you feel you are not as hungry, don’t keep on eating till you feel full.
