Yes, Water is 2/3 of your bodies weight. Drink 8 ,12 oz. glasses of water daily. It help the body get rid of excess weight, and make you healthier. Our bodies crave water, it’s molecules surround the fat tissues, and help them burn them off.
Sauna baths help burn up excess fat tissue also. Warm water or cold, lemon or orange, make no difference in weight loss.
Keep drinking water it fools the body into thinking it’s full, so you don’t eat as much, too.

Actually drinking cold water burns calories because the body works to warm it back up. Sauna will make you sweat out extra water weight and release some toxins, but I don’t think it will make a significant difference. I don’t know about any specific foods, but take your omega-3′s.

    Warm water helps speed digestion.
Saunas do little good for losing weight.
Eating the correct portions and getting proper exercise is the ONLY advice you will ALWAYS get from ANY diet.

Water is the best thing. I myself believe most people eat too much in the evening. Just eat a good breakfast, drink lots of water after 10am and the rest will take care of itself. Just have a small meal at night.

both “drinking warm water” and “sitting in the sauna” works on your metabolism. Brisking up your metabolism helps you to loose weight.

sauna does not make u lose weight it lose the water in ur body….. warm water got nothing to make people lose weight water does help people lose weight even its cold or not

  • Jesus_Is:

Water being warm has nothing to do with weight loss. Sitting in a sauna makes you sweat so all your loseing is water weight. If you are looking for somthing that will stimulate weight loss i recommed going tring The lemon juice diet. It really does work. I lost about 4lbs in a weeks just from it. You could get the recipe on how to make it by going to any search site and typing in lemon juice diet.
Just remember if you want to lose weight you need to eat well and excersise aleast 3 times a week and you will see results fast.
Motivation is the key (trust me everytime i failed at a diet it was because i was not motived enouph.) you gotta really want it, for it to work.
The things your talking about, will just help you lose water weight, Which Can be added back in a second.
    Good Luck With your Diet.

ive never herd anything about warm water, i know ice cold water burns more cals because your body is trying to warm it up,also i can see why lemon would help because the acid in the limon will help with digesting food faster insted of it just sitting in your belly and as far as the sauna, they sauna basically makes you lose water weight,it makes you sweet, but you have to drink lots of water while your in there or you could get dehidrated, saunas are also good for your skin!!

the hotter your body temperature, the more you sweat.

What Sleepless said is true. I was overweight about 30 pounds, and how I got the weight down practically effortlessly, besides eating healthier (70% of each meal being raw vegetables or fruits by themselves) was drinking a lot of green tea (aids in weight loss by cleaning out the system, purging toxins, which cause us to retain fat and water weight) and by drinking lots of water.

Sitting in a sauna only helps you lose water weight, not fat. It can be relaxing and clear your skin, but you’ll be as fat when you leave as you were when you went in, even if you come out weighting a little less.
I doubt sipping warm water with lemon juice really does anything special. Staying hydrated in general is much more important than the temperature of the water or amount of lemon juice you put in it.
There isn’t so much a list of foods that will make you lose weight as there are a list of foods that will make you gain/maintain your weight. Avoid heavily processed foods, battered & fried foods, simple starches (potatoes, french fries). Stick to real food – an easy test: if your great grandparents wouldn’t recognize what you’re about to eat as food, eating it will probably help make you fat.
