
If so, what dosage is needed to take in order for it to work? Does anyone know of anything that works for help with weight loss?

I’m not sure about Hoodia, but green tea is a great for weight loss. Green tea is full of antioxidants which fight free radicals. It also helps speed up metabolism. I recommend a cup of green tea a day, make sure you brew it yourself (don’t buy the prepackaged plastic bottles that are loaded w/ sugar)!!

SW, I find that both green tea and Hoodia help. They seem to lower your appetite. Green tea is good as you can substitute say, coffee for it. Green tea with ginseng is even better.
You need a safe and healthy weight loss diet too, to make them work better. They give you energy and they’re natural products found in countries where they grow naturally.
As for the dosage, it’s probably best to follow the directions on the package for that. This is because the different products you buy are of different strengths.
But green tea on its own, you could probably have at least 1 cup or more without any problems.

green tea work for nicely for weight loss. but i suggest that you drink it before taking your meals. Green tea is very mild and won’t harm your body. But do remember 1 thing too. After your meal do not that cold drink because it will crystallize oils in your stomach whereby making us fatter.

Green tea is the healthiest and perfect tea to drink . Instead of taking Green tea alone Prefer Green tea with honey and lemon. It will show you a good result. More over that works for help with weight loss .

I’ve heard that 3-4 cups of green tea aid in weight loss. .not sure about hoodia, though.
