Exercise Literally Makes Me Sick. What Can I Do That Will Give Me The Best Results For The Least Risk?

Fat Loss 4 Idiots

I have two holes in my heart (with regurgitation), cough-variant asthma, and edema due to toxicity what can I do to safely exercise and detoxify?
I literally have been sick for 6 weeks after walking across my school campus for a week this January. I know I need to exercise to improve all my conditions, but I don’t know how much is enough/too much or what the best options are for me.
Any ideas?

As a chronic heart disease sufferer, I understand your plight. You may need to find a different area to walk, preferably somewhere that is sheltered and heated. Instead of walking for 30 minutes, you might want to intersperse it with 15 minute intervals, so you don’t strain yourself. You might want to use chair exercises. While seated, you can use a ball or light weight and stretch your arms and move your legs. Simple stretching exercises, like the Yoga variety, may be of assistance. Are you taking any diuretics? Drinking pure water assists, but watch the amount of fluid you intake. Stay away from any sodium. I would suggest asking your regular doctor or cardiologist. They will probably want to conduct a heart study on you, and have you walk on a treadmill with diodes, etc. to an EKG. I am not a medical professional, and can only give you some guesses, but try to ask someone with medical training to assist you. God Bless and take care.
