Fat Loss 4 Idiots

I’m 18 about 6’1 183, i work out 6 days a week and run usually 3 or 4 days. I am happy with my build but my question is abs. I usually work them out every other day and the running. Top four abs are pretty well defined but the lower two aren’t and still have some flap on them. i eat well, chicken breasts, veggies, turkey burgers, and of course i cheat sometimes… also only thing i really take is a pre workout xyience and then protein. whats the cheapest fat loss supplement that actually works? Or does anyone have any lower abdominal specific workouts or just any other general suggestions.

    You do not need a supplement and you do not need to work your lower abbs. I am a nutrition expert and have taught aerobics and done personal training for 13 years. You have to cut back on you calorie intake. That’s it. Keep up the good work on the workout and eat less. Quit the protein supplement and any other supplements. that is a waste of money. Take a multi vitamin, that’s it.
