hi! i’ve been trying to lose weight for about 3 to 4 months now. i am 21 year old female 4foot 10 weigh 125. i’ve lost about 10 pounds and i want to lose about 10 more because im still popping over my jeans i used to fit in. i’ve been eating healthly and i’ve been doing cardio 2-3x a week for about an hour. and i walk and do pilates. im getting very frustrated. SO can any of u recommend a product that will assist in fat loss and/or weight loss? from like walgreens cvs or gnc

    as far as my experience goes, no supplement works. before i started taking personal trainer courses and learning about how the body stores and burns fat and builds muscle and stuff like that, i thought fat loss supplements would work. but really, a pill isn’t going to make you skinny. most diet pills are scams to begin with but the ones that do have stuff in them are actually really bad for you. they can cause you to lose your bowl control and other unpleasant things like that. most of the weight that people lose when they are on them, is because they are also doing dieting and exercise and it is actually the healthy eating and exercise that is doing the trick, NOT THE PILLS! after i tried like 4 different kind of pills, and none of them worked i decided to try to find something different. i was given this site where there are a few different books that really help with weight loss and keeping it off. i got “burn the fat, feed the muscle” and it was great. (its also called the fat loss bible, but i think thats just a nickname people have given it) it helped me lose 27 pounds in a little over a month. and i didnt starve or take any diet pills or anything like that. it was really good and made my body feel healthy, along with looking good. heres the link if you wanna take a look.

    and also those last 10 pounds will be the hardest to lose because your body has probably plateaued. that happens to a lot of people when they are losing weight or exercising. their body gets used to the same routines and then it is harder to continue to lose weight. you need to switch up your program and stuff like that. that book also helped a lot with that and made it so that it was boring to grueling. good luck.

    I took the Hydroxycut Hardcore (the men’s kind). I’m 5’5″ and was 145 pounds and at the end of the bottle I was 137 pounds -and I got rid of those love handles so I didn’t just lose water weight. I didn’t exercise during that time but it surpressed my appetite so I didn’t eat as much, and I was careful to eat healthy.
    I’ve been taking the Hydroxycut Max (the women’s kind) recently and I’ve been exercising, but I haven’t really lost any weight… go figure!
    Anyways I’d try the guy’s stuff, it seems to be stronger.

    A year ago I weighed 214 lbs. Today I weigh 154 (obviously not where I want to be but what a difference!). It took me FOREVER to lose the last 10 lbs. Your body gets used to the food/exercise. You have to exercise more, change things up, and it’s going to go a lot slower for the last 10 lbs but you need to trick your body. Trust me.
    PS…The way I lost it was calorieking.com. I did nothing but change my eating habits and exercise.

    I suggest you not to go for these pills and stuff as they may have a lot of side-effects. Exercise is the best remedy. Eat lots of fibers, fruits and veggies and workout for about 1.5-2 hours, 6 days a week. I bet this will do the trick.

    well…….. I know from experience that Stacker 2′s kinda helped. I would take one and not be hungry for the rest of the day – which says a lot because I am hardcore “bored” eater.. So, I def lost some lbs by taking those.. And they are only $9.95 at Walmart / Walgreens.. for I think 20 capsules.. Not too bad
