Help With Fat Deposits On Face After Weight Loss?
![]() |
I’ve been going to the gym since late February, trying to burn fat and get into shape. I started at 230 and am down to 208. I’m 6’4″, so my next short term goal is 195 and the long term is a cut 175. Anyway, I already see a lot of changes in my body and I can see that when I reach my goal I’m gonna look really good, but I’m worried about the fat loss in my face. In certain light, there are furrows leading into fat deposits that look kind of saggy. I’m only 20 and it makes me look a lot older. almost like an indentation on both sides of my face where fat once was stored. Is this something that will smooth out when I lose the rest of the fat? If not, is there anything else I can do about it besides surgery?
Thanks!

Try to go in any beautician and they can make your furrows less. Just keep smiling and sooner it can also help you lose that thing.
