How Can I Lose About 2 Pounds In One Week Without Exercise?

Im not fat or anything but Im beginning to worry about my abs area a bit and im planning ot slim down a little bit and look nice and all but the problem is im so busy that i cant get much exercise so is there anything i could do to lose some weight in one week? I have this special day coming up next tuesday so i need to hurry.

Drink lots of water. No sweets, soda, breads, beef, alcohol, fried foods. For the week, just eat chicken & fish, green leafy veggies. You don’t have to cut back, just make sure to cut down you fat intake and increase your protein and water.
cut back on your fat calorie in put and you will lose 2 pounds in one day
uhh well obviously you can’t. exercising is everything.
you can’t expect yourself to magically turn thin without exercising.. nothing comes for free.
and what’s wrong with doing a little exercise anyways? it wont’ hurt you…
