How Do You Incorporate Gym Classes Into Your Fitness Schedule?

Fat Loss 4 Idiots

I would like to incorporate gym classes into my program. My goal is 2 weight training sessions per week, 3 days cardio. I usually do weight training and then cardio on same day, and an extra cardio day. What days would be wise to take a class?

It depends on the class. If you’re looking at a weight training class, substitute it for a weight training day, since most classes are total body weights. If it’s a cardio class, swap it for a cardio day.
The trick is to not do too much. Ask if you can sample a class for free once, to see how your body reacts. If it feels good and you’re not hurting or pushing yourself too far, sign up.
