I have been going to the gym 3 days a week and starting this week I will be going 4-5 times a week. I work 2 jobs so there may be a day or 2 I can only get 30 minutes in. To see results, how long should I exercise each day?

    Kudos on staying active!!!
    To see maximum results fast, you need to do what is called “muscle confusion”. DO NOT do the same thing every day or whenever you exercise. Your body will get used to the same exercise and will not use any energy since it knows what’s happening.
    You need to get on a program that encourages different things every time you work out. Mix cardio, weight training, yoga and pilates. One day do cardio, another day weight training, day after that yoga, and day after that pilates and so on.
    These types of workouts are so different from one another, Your body wont know what hit it!
    Do not get comfortable with your workouts otherwise you’re not doing yourself any good. Always push and challenge yourself!

    Just going to the gym is not enough to tone up your body, you should also check your diet and your way of lifestyle…but for starters in gym training…30 is good…then you could gradually increase your time, repetitions and your training program..and pooof you can already see some results in that body of yours, just remember that gym alone is not enough

    For starters 30 minutes is good. If you can do an hour that is fantastic and maybe somedays you can do more like 2 hours but at least get 30 to 45 minutes in each day.

    Honestly, you should split it up. It’s better to work out ten minutes in the morning, ten in the after noon and 10 at night. However you want. But you can split it up to fit your schedule. The best thing to do is like 30-40 minutes of cardio and the rest strengthing or weights.

    Excercise 6 days a week for just 1 hour . Eat more calories foodstuff . . surely you will get good results.

    You could exercise 5 days a week for 1 hour.

    at least 30 minutes 5 days a week. about 1 hour is the best workout though
