		<description>You aren&#039;t losing any weight because you have been doing the same work out for some time now, so it is going to take more &quot;activity&quot; to get you to lose those last 10 pounds. You should try doing other cardio such as biking or using an eliptical machine. Lifting weights would help you to turn some of that extra weight into muscle if that is what you want, as well.

You may want to try walking at a high intensity i.e. walk fast or race walk (walk as if you&#039;re in a race), to max out the calories burned in one walking session. This is because the faster you walk, the more calories you burn in one session and you also cover more miles in shorter time.
