How Long Will It Take For My Fitness Efforts To Give A God Return?

Fat Loss 4 Idiots

OKay, I am a little chubby i suppose. Not that chubby but i would like to lose some weight, i am a male by the way using a friends account ;) . I sort of have manboobs but not really that bad and i have a bit of a belly but also not overly bad. What i want is a nice toned body. SO i have been jogging for twenty minutes every other day.
Do you think this is enough?
How long to you think it will take for me, a slightly chubby to average guy, to get a nice toned body that i would be proud yo show off whilst ding the exercise that i do at present.

My advice to actually get visible results out of your fitness regimen is to exercise 30 minutes each time, for 4 days a week. That too, it needs to be rigorous exercise that gets you tired and increases your heart rate. At 20 minutes, you’re not quite getting to the stage of fat-burning, and that’s where you want to be for effective weight loss. However, this fitness change needs to be complemented with dietary change. If you aren’t expending more calories than you’re taking in, you’re not going to lose any fat. So cut out refined white carbohydrates and replace them whole wheat breads and pastas, eat plenty of vegetables and fruits, and lean meats like turkey, chicken, and fish, and drink a lot of water. Try to avoid sugars as best you can. A lot of people think that just because they exercise they can eat anything they want, but that’s just faulty reasoning; everything should be eaten in moderation, regardless of how much you’re exercising! The time it takes to see results can vary depending on your current weight, but it’s not abnormal for a person to start losing pounds after a few weeks … losing 1-2 lbs per week is normal and healthy if you want to maintain that weight loss. Good luck!
