
I now currently go to the gym regularly and I’m a newbie in using fat loss body building supplements and I want to ask how many times should before I workout I will take my fat loss bodybuilding supplements. Should I really take this supplements before and after I workout? or Is it right that I will just take this bodybuilding supplements before I workout and I will not take this fat loss bodybuilding supplements after I workout? Can somebody pls.. answer my question thanks. . .

Just follow the instructions on the box, you don’t even specify which supplements…
you didnt mention what the supplement is- if its a protein drink,you should drink a serving while working out and another within 45 minutes after completing…if its an energy pill then just swallow one pill with lots of water 10 minutes before working out
