How Much Better Is Jogging Than Riding A Bike For General Fitness?

Like many people, I want to get fitter. Jogging is obviously an option, but I find it very tedious and boring. So I choose to ride my bike instead of run. Is this better, or worse for me? What can I do?

Bike riding is also great for you. It’s fun, so you’ll be able to do it for longer periods of time without getting bored. When I bike ride, I always ride up hills for more of a challenge, plus it’s fun to ride down them. Because it’s fun, it’ll make you want to ride more and more. Overall I’d say this is a better form of exercise, because you’ll have the motivation to do it!
