Im 17 years old, I’m 5’1, and I weigh 111 pounds. I exercise for half hour everyday on a treadmill, is that enough or should I do it for an hour, because I think running for a half hour is not going to make you lose any weight.

    Easy…you need to exercise more than you eat…that is…burn more calories exercising than you take in by eating. So sort out your menu and then do more exercise (in calories) than you eat and you will be a loser ,.I mean a winner! ;) Exercise websites have tables on them that show how effective different exercises are at burning calories.
    At 5’1 and 111lbs I doubt you need to lose any weight…exercise is great for your health…and will improve your appearance as muscle and a toned body is attractive.
