There are 2 good ways to start exercises after a long period of accumulated smoking.
1.) Stand or walk outside, and take deep breaths for 20 minutes at a time. Do this in the morning and do it again at night. SLOW Inhale, and SLOW Exhale
--> to maximize the amount of oxygen your lung can with-hold.
2.) Take 20~30 minute walks. Go at a slow pace but take deep breaths, the INHALE and EXHALE.
-->As you walk, you will increase your heart-rate. The blood will start circulating to your lungs and carry the oxygen molecules that you breathed in through out your body.
-->After one month, your blood will be able to carry ALOT more oxygen which is a very good improvement.
At the 3rd month marque, you should feel an ease in breathing, and at the 8th month marque, you should be able to walk up and down a flight of stair with ease.
TIPS:
-->increase your heartrate whenever possible
-->INHALE and EXHALE fully.
-->Eat Dark CHOCOLATE when you have a craving to smoke. The cocoa in the chocolate helps fight off the urge.
