		<description>Exercise is very important when you are doing any weight loss program. Keep your skin up with the weight you loose. Drink lots of water and try not to loose it too fast. The faster you loose it the more chance of sagging you will have. I&#039;m sure you are anxious now that you have made the decision to become a healthier person and congrats to you for that. Just be patient and work hard and you will be  much happier with the results. Why set yourself up for additional expenses on stuff like surgery when you don&#039;t have to? Good luck!</description>
