Total Strength Training for Women by Amazin Lethi if you want to learn how to navigate the machines at the gym. You can probably check them out from your local library. Make sure you balance things with some cardio workouts and a sensible diet. Also understand that things don’t change overnight. It will take time and effort to see visble changes.
