How To Increased Muscle Mass And Cv Fitness?
![]() |
RIght, I am 14 years old and I am quite fit and I am toned all over. I wanted to increase the size of my muscles – mainly biceps, triceps, abs and pecks (I think that is what they are called :p)
I eat very healthly (I always have, not just lately because of the goverment etc) and I have a high metabolism – I have been told it runs in the family.
I also would like to increase my CV fitness so what type of running should I do, for how long, how fast etc.
I would also like excises working the areas mentioned above with:
How to do exercise?
How many reps?
How long should I rest for?
Any warm up and down tips?
I do not have any access to a gym only weights and the usual stuff that is lying round the house.
I am also wondering if any knows of any protein snacks and stuff I can eat. I always have atleast 2 glasses of milk a day – a kinda habit since I was young.
Thanks for all the help =D

I can tell you about sport nutrition as I do sport nutrition programs for people that just go to gym as well as professional sportsmen…One carbohydrates shake before exercise which give your body fuel you burn during exercise without damaging to much your muscles and protein shakes within 30 minutes after work out. The great sport nutrition you can get from Health and Nutrition company called Herbalife. They don’t use no steroids or muscle bulk stuff.

There is a drink called weight on that you can buy, drink one a day as for exercises it would be best to talk to an instructor at the gym.
To work out whats best for you.. -
If you’ re looking to build muscle mass Id recommend “The Truth About Building Muscle”. It covers pretty much everything you need to know

I’ve been into nutrition supplements since I met Emergen-C and FizzIt/Zip Fizz, and various multi-vitamins. Several members of my family are body builders and health nuts. My sister recommended the Dr. Max Powers Anabolic Stack to me.
First off, I got the Dr Max Anabolic Stack for $99 at a local GNC store (with membership). I was surprised I could get the same stuff at their own website for only $60!!
I usually take just one pack a day with a very tall glass of water after breakfast. You definitely will want to take this with food and PLENTY of water. One thing you will notice after taking this, your body will want water and lots of it. Throughout the entire day I feel a noticeable rise in energy as if I had a really dark cup of coffee.
I recommend just one pack per day due to the insane percentage of vitamins and nutrients. One of the responses I get taking this stuff is that your body will pass most of this stuff through your system without absorbing it. This opinion is debatable from my research online. Through my own testing with an increase in Vitamin C intake: I haven’t been sick for 6+ months. I used to take sick leave on a monthly basis…
After a week of taking this supplement I noticed my energy levels were much higher and my workout results increased. Running several miles for a quick exercise is now easier than ever. I’m guessing each user’s results will differ.
I recommend taking this early in the day after a big breakfast. Drink plenty of fluids! Also, unless you are working out for hours and hours, fitness trainers I know recommend just 1 pack per day.
