How Would High Gravity Training Affect Overall Fitness?

Low gravity general weakens muscles and bones as we learn with astronauts. Would a high gravity environment cause the opposite, far stronger muscles with greater bone strength?
I think that it’ll probably cause benefits at maybe 1.2g. Yes, I understand that extremely high gravity can be fatal.

high gravity would make a workout harder since it would be harder to lift or move any part of your body so the answer is yes if you don’t get puled in to the ground first.
