You really need to start eating right…and yes, that means eating vegetables. It’s time you outgrew being picky. If not to help your weight, than to help you become healthy. You cannot be healthy if you don’t eat any vegeatbles and fruit. They have vitamins, antioxidants, and important nutrients your body needs.
I suggest trying one new vegetable a week. And one fruit too. If you don’t hate it, try it again. You may become used to it. If your mom started you eating these foods as a toddler, you wouldn’t be struggling now. So it’s time to introduce new foods to your diet on your own. There are tons of wonderful fruits and veggies that taste great. You just need to experiment.
AS for the fish, hey..I don’t really like it either. You can try shell fish which is sweeter, and less “fishy” tasting. And take a fish oil supplement daily.

Well, you have to eat healthy if you want to lose weight and keep it off. So that includes fruits and vegetables. You say you don’t like those but the think is that your taste buds can change in 20 days. So, if you start out eating something you may not be thrilled about today, you may grow to like it 20 days later. There are many diets out there that involve only eating one kind of food or another. However, think about it. If you only eat one kind of food for months and lose a bunch of weight, what happens when you go back to eating like you did before? The weight comes back. Not to mention that it’s not good for you. There is the Atkins diet that involves eating no carbs and only meat and protein. You’d probably like that one. However, again, how long can you completely cut out carbs for? Probably not for the rest of your life. My advice would be to eat a balanced diet, but cut your portions in half. Also eat smaller meals more frequently, and exercise. You don’t have to spend a lot of money either. Pasta is cheap. And fruits and vegetables don’t add up to much more than eating McDonalds and TV dinners on a regular basis.

I don’t know of a diet that doesn’t incorporate those foods, however I know of 2 cookbooks that I use daily that hide veggies and fruits (along with whole grains) into foods you regularly love.
Take a can of spaghettios for example. You can add sweet potato, carrots, cauliflower, and zucchini to it without even tasting it.(These are pureed) See the resource link. They are by the Sneaky Chef and she wrote the books to hide healthy food into her kids food (even brownies and pudding!!) and her husband. Her website has some free recipes to try out.
For the whole fish thing, I personally hate fish and just take a fish oil supplement a few times a week.

Forget about ‘dieting’, that’s the worst thing you can do.
Incorporate wholemean/grain/spelt breads or pastas into your foods, rather than white. White turns to sugar in your body, and is one of the main factors of being overweight.
Don’t eat meals. Just because it’s night, it doesn’t mean you have to eat dinner. ONLY eat when you’re hungry, and never eat past the first feeling of being full, even if you’ve got food left over.
Eat nuts, dried fruit, carob(alternative to chocolate) and small things like that for snacks.
