I tried lots of different stuff when I wanted to lose weight. In the end I found a program that worked just great! Check it out if you’re serious about losing weight.
Not a good idea to take pills. Why not eat healthy and workout???:

in fact, i used slimquick. i lost about 10 pounds. but i ‘m not sure if it was the pills or my diet and work out program. I really was committed to the schedule.
