This might not make much sense, but i mean if you eat a chocolate bar that was 150 calories, then cycled on an exercise bike until you had burned that much, will it be like you never ate it?

I agree 100% with what CHRISTINA <3 had said. Yes you did burn the calories off of the chocolate bar, but you were not able to burn the surgar and carbs off.

Well, you burn the calories off, but what about the carbs, sugars, and etc..When you exercise they say you burn calories and fat, not carbs, and sugars. Carbs and sugars contribute to the calories in the chocolate, but that doesn’t mean what you ate, will just come off. Calories in foods such as eggs, will be different then a chocolate bar. Like a snicker bar has protein in it, but also the sugars cut down basically the nutrition. You are better off drinking a protein shake 30 – 45 minutes before a workout. Hope this is understandable!

it will definately count cause you cant exercise after eating the chocolate and burn off up to 150 calories at once….so its advicable that you dont eat the chocolate at all if your too scared of too much calories!!!!!!!!!!!!!nd just so you know,a little calorie wont hurt….it only harms when taken in excess!!!!!!!

  • borah:

    yes they count quit cheating

  • Knk:

yeah if you never ate it you would have less calories that were left over
