    Oh dear no, the only thing it does is increase your water intake, MAYBE making you less hungry. That’s the whole idea behind green tea, acai berry, or whatever other “detox” diets and such out there. They are all scams, plain and simple. You can get the same results from drinking a ton of water every day, which is free!
    The ONLY things that effect your weight are diet and exercise, it’s pretty simple. Eat 5 balanced meals a day to keep your metabolism going, don’t starve yourself because your body will go into starvation mode. Which means it starts to STORE FAT. Not good.
