Is It Alright To Start Exercise When Just Falling Pregnant?
![]() |
The reason i ask is im not all that fit and ive never really been in a exercise program. Im 162cm and 79kg size 14-16 so im over weight. Is it alright for me to start now. Or will it put too much strain on my body?

i dont know the conversions to pounds but all you need to do is start walking. walk alot. do not do any weight lifting or strenuous exercises. aerobics may be okay as long as they are not too much. just walk, walk, walk.
u can do stuff like swimming walking and that but make sure u dont over excerise i would best stick with these 2 main ones until u discuss this with ur doctorand ur not totally overwieight
Ask your dr, please!!!!!!!
WALK WALK WALK as much as you can walking nice and comfortably slow should not do anything to your baby, i dont know though so ask your dr
I know you have to gain weight for a baby but instead of junk food eat healthy food
EDIT
I see i was beaten to the walk part (lol) Great minds think alike
