what i usually do is do it after breakfast for 40-45 min. interval training and before my morning snack.
i’ve maintained my weight and i want to tone my body, so that was a good schedule for me.
In does not matter when you exercise, just do it. However, to prevent cramping, exercise one hour after eating.
You do exercise early morning, and after 6pm evening. You avoid after meals exercise.
