Is It Okay To Eat A Bit More For A Few Days A Month? Does It Drasticly Change Your Weight Loss?

I try to stick to a 1300 calorie diet, but i always have a few days a month (4 or 5?) when i slip up and and eat 2000. Its hard to explain, is this going to change my weight loss? I also try to do at least 15 minutes of cardio each day. Thanks!

as long as everything is in moderation, it should be fine.
As long as you commit to excersizing a bit more for a few days a month.
