My Weight Loss Success Story – How I lost 30 pounds in 30 days

This is a story about my history of weight loss success. Since I graduated college, I struggled with my weight. When I was in college, it was easy for me to stay a little thin. I was able to run 3-4 times a week and I was in the gym about 5 days a week with my friends!
I do not even need to eat very healthy food to stay thin probably because I was always so active. After college is when the problem began. I would try to catch it by eating what I thought was an occasional "good" meal. What was this meal? Nothing more than to eat a little shit that I did at home, but just the fact that it is at home, I thought Iwas good.
There was one point I went to the river with friends and when we returned we were looking at some pictures. I saw myself climbing a rock with my shirt and I remember I thought, 'Oh my god, I'm fat, I need to lose weight like you! "
I've also been victim of many manias rapid weight loss there. I will not mention the programs, but diet pills, those expensive diet plans where you have to buy their food and onlyI even tried a personal trainer, but he was simply too expensive.

1. Firstly, if you havemoney to hire a personal trainer or nutritionist, then do it. That is obvious. The problem is most people do not. So this does not apply to you.

4. If you can not stick to a diet EXACTLY as recommended without extreme sacrifices then just drop it. There is no point. Your ultimate success will stick to something long term. Most people will not stick to it they will come out of their way to follow.
5. Remember that your goal is to find a system that is easy for you to follow, fits in your budget, fits your time constraints and lifestyle and something we can stick toreasonably long periods of time. It is also nice to have some rapid weight loss because it helps you stay motivated.
