What Is The Difference Between Regular Music And Exercise Music? And Where Can I Find Good Exercise Music? ?

I have to do a science project and I was thinking about doing it on heart rate and how the different beats of exercise music affect your heart rate. At least that’s what my teacher suggested. It’s looking at how the # of beats/minute affect the distance walked and the heart rate.

Can Fitness Gyms Across The World Use Their Treadmills To Generate Green Power?

Could gyms across the World use their treadmills, bikes & weight machines to generate electricity? And provide power to their own lights and maybe even to the grid – practical or impractical?
Much of the homeless have always been Green by recycling cans. Maybe homeless shelters could get treadmilss from Gyms acquiring new ones and have an option for the homeless to make some money by generating electricity.

What Vitamin Supplements Would Work For Fat Loss?

Hey Beth. I’m on my friend’s yahoo account because I wanted to ask some questions so that I can loose fat/weight. I realy want to do this so please do not question & tell me not to. I’m 5′ 3″ & weigh 125 pounds. I am 15 years old. I’m sorta embarrassed to ask my parents to get me weight loss things, so I can only use what I have at home, which is a lot because my dad is a health nut. He mainly has a bunch of vitamin supplements that some of them can be used to help fat loss. I was thinking of using /omega 3 fish oil pills, because I saw a youtube video on it & also energy pills & green tea pills.
Are these pills ok? Any more sugestions? (keep in mind that the pills that you suggest have to be parentally approved for them to buy it for me) How much weight will I loose in a certain time period after using these pills?
I eat fairly healthy, altho I snack a lot.. Which is bad.. Should I start counting calories as well? I also play sports & go to the gym 3 times a week

Advice For Gym Workouts And Fat Loss? Young Female?

I am 19 years old(female)
H: 5 3″
W:59kg-129pounds
I carry most of my weight on hips and thighs.
Have maintained my weight for 2 years now but am sick of always feeling a bit flabby.
Dnt usually flucuate, and have never done much excersise.
My goal is to loose 5 kg of body fat in 2 months?
I use to do a program the consisted of mostly weights.
I saw results but felt like i was just bulking up under fat.
Now i am trying cardio.
4-5 per week.
30mins this week
35mins next week
etc etc
I have herad of HIT? i think it is.
I this the best way to achieve fat loss?
Any tips or advice?
I would like to hear what you do….and how long it took too see results.
