What Do I Need To Add To My Diet To Improve My Alertness?

My diet consists mainly of things I can cook or heat up quickly, as I work shifts and don’t often have time to cook anything big. I try to include fruit and vegetables whenever I can but it’s not always possible.
Recently I’ve been getting tired a lot during the day, but then I find I can’t always sleep at night. Sometimes it’s the opposite and I go into a deep sleep and don’t always wake up to my alarm. I’m worried that this is because I’m not getting the right amount of things from my diet.
Can anybody suggest the types of food I need to add?

What Should My Daily Exercise Routine Consist Of?

I’m wanting to make a daily exercise program (without using any equipment) to become more fit and lose some weight. What should it consist of? I have some already such as 50 push-ups, 100 jumping jacks, 100 toe-raises & 50 crunches/sit-ups. What else should I include to make it more effective to become more flexible, fit, and, lose some weight? And how many of them should I do at a time? Thanks alot!

How Can I Reduce Fat Only Around My Belly And Hips And Not Overall?

I have read somewhere that it’s not possible to do spot reduction with regards to weigh/fat loss. During weight loss we loose weight overall rather than specific to a particular region. Is this true? I have a thin frame hence when I go on a diet spree or weight loss program I tend to loose fat at other places like shoulder, arms etc which make me look leaner/thin. Please help me with any suggestions!
