I am 28 years old and I had my first child in feb of this year. I have been losing the weight but not the inches off the midsection and I have tried ever kind of weight loss project you can think of. Will This Fat Loss Plan Work?

Hi, I’m 15, 149cm tall (approx 4ft 10″) 46 kgs (101lbs) and I have developed my own fat loss plan. Id really like to know your honest opinion about it and whether it is healthy or unhealthy and whether it would be effective or not.
-Consume 1,000 – 1,200 calories a day (healhty foods i rarely eat junk food/fast food)
-At least 30mins of cardio (Jogging or skipping)
-Crunches and ab working exercises
-I also do some contortion to maintain my flexibility
I usually do this 2 weeks at a time. I am at my first 2 weeks, and i wanted to know whether this sort of plan would work out or if im just wasting my time. If you have any advice id really like to know! Thanks guys!

What Are Some Easy Ways To Add Exercise Into My Day?

i’ve begun riding a bike to work rather than driving. it’s a good 15 minute bike ride, but i need more. my marriage depends on it. what can i do to sneak in some more exercise.
also, how do you keep yourselves motivated enough to stick with an exercise routine? are routines the best way to go or should i change it up on a daily basis?

I lost a good bit of weight with this regime and have been on it for a while. I can not tell you how many people the question of my dramatic consequences, asking questions like "have you hungry?", "Is it safe to lose so much weight? "Or" Is this really healthy? "Now I'm no doctor, but I do not see regularly, and I can share with you what he said and what my experience has been on this diet. I was not nearly as hungry as I was afraid and I never felt sick. But I do think there is a small subset of people who have not offered moreand this does not follow the plan as expected. I've always been very careful to follow the plan to the letter and I always shared my intentions with my doctor. I firmly believe that if you do not take drastic shortcuts and use the food as it was designed then go in the maintenance plan once you've reached a reasonable and healthy goal loss weight you can safely lose an appropriate andhealthy amount of weight on this diet.
