Rate Of Fat-loss For A 16 Year Old Male?

I am a 15.9 year old male. I have muscle build up, but I also have a thin layer of fat covering my abs. I am 5’9″ and weigh 155 lbs.
What is my rate of Fat-Loss?
Is there a chart or something i could see? Like, lets say i run for 30 mins, 5 days a week, how fast would i loose fat and see noticible results? If I walk for 2 hours 6 days a week, when will i see a change? If i sprint a quarter mile 3 times a week, when will i notice fat-loss?

3-4 week of you training and u should see less fat , but u have to make sure your eating the right stuff (no fat foods, i know it sucks)
that’s the mistake i made when losing stomach fat by exorcising and eating cheese burgers >.<, im the exactly same age as you but 6’4″ so more weight weight to carry around -.- , its alot more easier to loose fat at our age because where young, not really seen a fat burning chart before, probably because every one had different metabolism (rate of witch u burn fat). good luck =]
