Sore Muscles Result In Greater Fat Loss?

ive recently been wanting a beach body after the holiday season, and have been researching on the internet for ways to lose abdominal and chest fat.
Ive deduced that you cannot lose fat around a specific chosen area, but must lose fat all over the body.
Also found that you can lose fat through
- lack of calories, so the body must use your fat reserves for energy
- exercise, loses fat through the building of muscles
- loss of water weight – through excessive sweating and use of sweat suits and heated exercising environments
losing water weight is not a good way to lose weight, and doesnt necessarily lose fat, so ive crossed tht off my list.
im a very enthusiastic eater of many types of food with alot of calories in them, so ive crossed that off my list, but i will try to do this regardless.
so im left with exercise. yesterday i did a very rigorous exercise routine, with 300 situps, 100 pushups, and 1km of walking 6km/h running 14km/h and another 1km of walking 6km/h.
today im horribly sore. like..epically sore. im wondering if this is a good thing, that the body is using up more fat to repair the sore muscle tissues.
also learnt that soreness can be prevented by stretching before exercise.
so does soreness aid and even add to fat loss? or am i being too wishful?

Actually the soreness comes from the muscles being devastated during exercise and is in the process of repairing itself to form tougher, fibrous muscles.
What actually gets rid of fats is the body burning fat as fuel cells to provide you with more energy which does not happen until after you’ve warmed up and burned up much of the water weight in your body.
Hence, based upon my speculations, the rule of thumb is that the body does not actually begin to burn up fat until about 30 minutes into jogging depending on your body weight( in this case a middle build ranging from 135-180 lbs)
Example:
If you run for 20 minutes and stop, you would have only accomplished “burning up” a bottle worth’s of water that you drank while running. ha
A good exercise regime would be warming up with stretching, jogging for 30 minutes, and then start body “sculpting” with lifting/push-ups/sit-ups/what have you that takes up enormous amounts of energy.
Good nutrition and rest attribute to a healthy, well-sculpted body as well.
No sorry, the soreness will not add to fat loss. Though working hard may cause both fat loss and sore muscles, the two things are not directly related. Soreness is a results of the tiny tears that occur in your muscles when you exercise and is part of the process of muscle building. Fat loss does not cause soreness. And yes, stretching is always important after a workout and should reduce the amount of soreness you feel later.
u r too wishful sexy
