5. Drink green tea. This drink has many health benefits including antioxidants and can help you lose weight.

6. Preparing meals at home. Get off the eating out Merry go round. Fast food is largely responsible for the obesity epidemic in the world today.

7. Avoid all sweets. This includesall these fat free foods there. Candy you will weight gain, regardless of whether they are fat free or not.

8. Cut back on the condiments. Adding too many condiments to your food adds calories. Try to eat your food as clearly as possible.

9. Learning to stop eating before you feel full. If you eat until you feel full, you eat too many calories in one meal. Stop eating when you're satisfied but not full.

10. This last rule is most important.Once you've reached your goal of losing weight, maintaining it. Do not fall back into your old unhealthy habits.
