Weight training works for weight loss. It is true, not only to cardiovascular causes fat loss, but also stimulate the metabolic effects of weight training can help you lose a few pounds. In my workout to lose weight, I use supersets forLoss of fat, but many readers are wondering why. Many people think that because I want to keep the heart rate elevated during the workout, because they think it burns more fat.

The real reason I use supersets for fat loss?

Just to get more work in less time. By supersetting "non-compete" exercises you can do almosttwice as much exercise in half the time. This allows you to enter and exit the gym faster, while allowing you to train more muscle (and therefore put more "Turbulence" stress on your body).

More turbulence results in more calories burned during and after exercise and, therefore, lost more fat, especially those stubborn hard to lose the love handles and thighs.

Here is a sample weight training training-set of weight loss. And you can do this workout at home with only a bench, dumbbells and an exercise ball.

Do 2 sets for Warmup superset # 1, with 50% of the weight you normally use for each exercise.

DB Squat (10 reps)

supersetted with …

DB Chest Press (8 reps)

Superset # 2

DB Row (8 reps per arm)

Exercise Ball Hamstring Curl (12 reps)

Finish with interval training. This workout can be done in under 45 minutes.
