Weight Loss Without The Look Of Excess Fat Skin Layers?
![]() |
I’ve seen people lose a lot of weight with both diet and exercise, but most of these people have this look where you can tell they’ve lost a lot of weight because of the excess sagging skin. Because I am so far overweight I know that will potentially happen to me unless I use a very proper weight loss system. How can I lose the weight while also getting rid of the excess skin that may form as the weight decreases? Exercise only does so much, what are the best workouts and best weight loss strategies to be slim and tone?

That does happen when you lose weight too fast.Skin shrinks but not that much as we would liked to,it takes time to get there and a lot of nerves.
Dont be in the hurry take your time for everything,to lose to gain whatever its the case its the same thing,if you gain too fast you will have stretch marks if you overweight you will have stretched skin, its like no win win situation.
Like i said take your time and you will be fine.
