1.5 Mile run every morning and do 3 x max pressups,sit ups and dorsal raises every day.
Take 2 rest days every week and try and go for a couple hours swim a week.
You’ll lose whatever weight you don’t need quite quickly but its important to keep it up and chop and change your patterns otherwise your body will just get used to it.
Always push yourself to the limit (EG: Sweating) otherwise you won’t see any gains. No Pain, No Gain is a saying for a reason.

(PS: Try running all out for 30 seconds then jog slowly for 2 mins then run all out for 30 seconds again for 20 mins, works great)
Targetted weight loss is quite hard, some peeple would declare impossible, but the only diet that really worked for me is wu-yi tea, it can be viewed in the resource box underneath, they have a few free trials remaining, it was reported in Reader’s Digest and CNN. I melted away 20 pounds, it really does produce success!
Run/jog for an hour while changing your pace and possibly your elevation if possible. Good luck!
