Cycling, on a stationary bike or a real one. That should be easy on your foot.
Circuit training. something likehttp://www.metacafe.com/watch/514640/300…
It gets your heart rate going works your body REALLY hard. I have had this problem just recently i split my foot open on a rock gardening. i took my gumboots off for like 2 seconds…. -_-
I can do circuit training (High intesity interval training) or bike riding (for bike riding i find the best cardio work out it a 5 minute warm up then 30 second sprints every 2 minutes for an hour or so)
but it was a real ***** because i was running for an hour a night then i had to stop all together.
maybe yoga (i’ve never really tried it before, but i think that i’ve heard that it works?). or pilates or what-not. or some sit-dancing or something (like punching the air and twisting about, you’ll probably work-up a sweat that way pretty quickly actually – but i don’t know how effective that would be). eh, hand-cyclers? if you’re not going to use your feet or go swimming, you’re pretty much limited to your torso and arms.
Stretch your foot. sit on the ground with one leg straighten out and bend your foot back and foward. circler motion.
ummm … cycling ? sitting down?
