
I’m female and have a fairly good physique. After half an hour of jogging I can see my abdominal muscles. I really want to build them up and get a six pack of sorts. But I hate doing sit ups. Even on an exercise ball it hurts my back. So my question is, what are the best sports or dances (e.g. belly dancing would be the obvious) to build up my abs?

A hula hoop???
Salsa is really good, there are loads of hip swivels. Loads of places do Salsa fit classes.
Its really good, after the first ten minutes you get right into it!!
