I’m planning to exercise at home and what exercise can you guys out there suggest to me…and oh what kind of tools or things can I use to help myself tone up my thighs and arms (like plastic bottles)?

    Get a mountai bike and go for long rides outdoors in the rough.. get a hardtail with the front suspension so you wont hurt your wrists.. and start having regular rides.. you will work both your legs and arms as your legs will be pedalling and your arms will be controlling the bike.. try do stunts and jumps.. and race downhill then do bunny hops as this will really loosen up your muscles in the legs and arms and then allow them to grow properly and quickly.. i know it sounds silly.. but even if you cant lift the bike off the ground.. simply by trying you will give your muscles a terrific workout where htey need it most.. the weakest parts!
    riding a bike is great exercise.. it is harmless there is little chance of inujury and strain .. if you buy a nice lightweight bike with a really comfy seat you will even enjoy getting out into nature and meeting other people out there getting fit like you.. the results will be instant!! do a few different exercises for best results.. some days do one hour of sprint riding in rough terrain.. this will be hard going on your arms and legs.. and you will really feel it.. riding on grass surface for an hour in a park will get you the desired results and even if you fell of it would be at low speed and onto grass.. so its a safe thing ot do.. another time.. do a long distance road ride, perhaps on a weekend.. find a long bike track and do a 3-5 hour long distance ride with constant pedalling.. make it fun and scenic and bring lots of water with salt and lemon juice in it and a walkman MP3 player.. like I said.. the results will be immediate within a few weeks you will see your arms and legs toneing up and new muslces u thought you never had in both your arms and legs..
    have a good look at a cyclists body next time.. look at how some of those bike couriers are built.. lean, tough and VERY strong arms and legs..
