I am 17 and small man boobs. I do push-ups and i don’t see any results. What is a good exercise? Will bench pressing help? And abs i do sit-ups all the time and don’t have abs.

Keep doing what you’re doing. Also, start running. Start off slow then work up to a mile or so. And give it time, it wont happen over night or over a week.
If you are relatively slim and exercise enough the man boobs should disappear. If they do not it is possible they are not fatty tissue but actual breast tissue. A condition called gynecomastia. This is when males develop breast tissue. It is a relatively rare condition that can happen to guys as they enter puberty to their late teens. It can be very embarrassing especially when you have to remove your shirt for swimming or sports. In most circumstances guys grow out of it. If the condition lingers past the late teens it will need attention. You should be examined by a cosmetic surgeon. The surgeon will be able to tell you if it is breast tissue or just fat. If it is breast tissue the only solution is surgery to have it removed. As far as abs are concerned most guys already have abs that will be noticeable if there were no fat covering them. Crunches and leg lifts will help increase the size and definition. Good luck.
