
I am going to be a freshmen in highschool and i want to get in shape for soccer tryouts. I need a routine that i can do every morning within an hour and a half of time.

soccer? well when you first wake up you need to take some form of carbs because when you sleep your body goes into an anabolic state and uses alot of carbs so you need some carbs when you wake up or else your just burning muscle.
next just go running for 45 minutes somedays and do interval sprinting workouts other days because you will need speed and stamina in soccer. you could do leg workouts to increase your kicking power.
cardio and/or strength training
lots of sit ups
lunges
push ups and jogging or treadmill
