    water,water,water it helps flush out fat when you dont drink enough water your body holds on to fat cells.

    Caffeine either by itself or combined with ephedra (on again off again banned) will lead to increased fat mobilization and possibly burning as long as you stick to your exercise and eating program. Calorie deficits are still required to actually lose the fat, but caffeine helps, just make sure that you can handle it, some people are especially sensitive to the jitters and possible anxiety associated with caffeine usage. Any of the supplements (ripped fuel, xenedrine etc.) are just sexy ways to package and market caffeine supplements with a whole bunch of crap that makes it sound like a big deal when the only thing in them that is really effective is the caffeine.

    none just do it naturally no supplements. just eat salad and sprinkle a little bit of salt on it

    no supplements (not healty)
    stick with water or a gatorade drink which will replenish sodium..
    and eat smaller portions but more 4 to 5 times daily..
    I eat breakfast, lunch, diner but in between breakfast and lunch I will eat a fruit or granola bar.. and after lunch between dinner I will have another snack or sometimes a snack like cereal before bed…with skim milk…Less fatty..
    So drink your water daily to help flush extra fat..
